QPNWA is a strong advocate for genuine electoral processes. As such, the presence of competent observers is considered vital in the context of assessing the level of acceptability of election results. In conjunction with the West Africa Network of Election Monitors, QPNWA hopes to assess the various angles of the electoral processes in West Africa, from their inceptions in the registration of voters, nomination of candidates, polling, the counting of ballots and announcement of results.
